Full-Time Cummins Inc. – Product Design Engineer

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Help drive improvements on ongoing current product quality and manufacturing issues
• Leading technical improvement projects – Managing analytics using Microsoft Power BI
• Providing leadership and technical guidance to Program Management Technicians and Build Technicians
• Failure Incident Review Group Management and Resolution – Investigate and work FIRGS assigned to plant
• Identify opportunities for backward compatibility and drive the reduction of proliferation with current and future product

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Previous experience with Creo or SOLIDWORKS or another CAD program required
• Bachelors or Masters degree required
• 2+ years of relevant work history

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
