We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and support both our production and engineering departments.

Role Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, quality, and safety. You’ll work closely with production staff and design engineers, and you’ll also help design and develop specialized tooling and equipment to support production needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for coil and transformer production.

· Support new product introduction (NPI) with process flows, work instructions, and tooling requirements.

· Assist in the design, development, and implementation of tooling and production equipment.

· Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, cost reduction, and reducing scrap or rework.

· Collaborate with production to troubleshoot issues and keep operations running smoothly.

· Establish and maintain process standards to ensure consistent quality and reliable output.

· Research, evaluate, and recommend new equipment, tooling, and technologies.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.

· Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and best practices.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.

· Strong understanding of process development, optimization, and quality systems.

· Proficiency with CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or equivalent).

· Hands-on experience with process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

· Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
