CONCEPT DEVELOPING: I help my customers in developing my own concepts as per their requirement.

·          Creating concepts as a sketch and develop a complete CAD model for indirect customers like GE, JARDEN Consumer Products, Ingersoll Rand and PEPSI.

·          Post Compensated Valves & Pre-Compensated Valves:

I have worked in various valves components and assemblies for Sporlan valve division, Veriflo division, and here I

have worked in most of the Thermostatic Expansion valves and assemblies, Catch-all assemblies, Solenoid valves with all

types like A3F1, E3S130, E5S130 and more, I have carried out most of the PARKERS valve components and assemblies and

it includes Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Refrigeration Valves. I have very good exposure in valve assemblies with more than

300 configurations and I have used most of the valve assembly configurations for the Sporlan valve division.

 

·          Design castings for mobile valve sectionals:

Castings of valve bodies I have covered up most valve bodies in my past experience with Mahindra Satyam,

Neilsoft and Here I got the opportunity to work for the same client PARKER, for their valves and other hydraulic and

Pneumatic components. I have handled more casting and forging components with my work in Parked as well as Joy Mining.

That gave me the ability in exploring more casting components. I have worked for other companies like Toyota, Kone

Cranes in the offshore team for their casting components.

 

 

MODELING , DETAILING & ASSEMBLY: I use Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor as a major modeling tools, I also sometimes    use Pro-e and Catia V5, Solid Edge for modeling.
