Job Description

SEECO is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer who will work as a bridge between customers and production. The primary focus of this position is to translate customer orders to technical drawings, releasing documentation to production teams. Some travel may be necessary.

What you will do:

  • Prepares job files for manufacturing use from customer orders, including parts detail drawings, fabrication lists, bills of material, packing slips, and other miscellaneous information.
  • Acts as a liaison between customer and SEECO on engineering matters regarding product application, installation, and services.
  • Provide customer service assistance on field installation issues, repairs, quality problems, or other customer problems.
  • Ensures products meet the organization’s and customers’ quality and product integrity requirements.
  • Supports product development or operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
  • Identifies root causes of problems in the production process; recommends and/or implements corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to building high-quality products.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you will bring:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 Years of related experience required.
  • Experience using SolidWorks.
  • Experience using DraftSight (or similar).
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, co-workers, and manufacturing personnel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills; strong problem-solving capability.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
