We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead innovative design and development projects across diverse engineering domains. Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical design efforts utilizing CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo, creating detailed schematics, drawings, and 3D models aligned with project specifications.
  • Conduct comprehensive mechanical analysis using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools to validate designs under various operational conditions.
  • Develop system designs incorporating programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Arduino platforms, and LabVIEW for automation and control applications.
  • Perform root cause analysis on mechanical failures or performance issues, implementing corrective actions to optimize system reliability.
  • Manage project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of design milestones while coordinating cross-functional teams including manufacturing and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME codes & standards, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and other relevant industry regulations during all phases of design and development.
  • Collaborate on manufacturing processes, supporting CNC machining, prototyping, and testing activities to validate mechanical concepts.
  • Utilize MATLAB and Simulink for system modeling, simulation, and validation of complex mechanical-electrical systems.
  • Draft detailed technical documentation, including schematics, assembly instructions, and system specifications to facilitate seamless manufacturing and assembly processes.

Experience

  • Extensive background in mechanical engineering with proven experience in mechanical design, system integration, and project management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks and Creo for creating precise mechanical models and drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of FEA software for performing stress analysis, thermal analysis, and dynamic simulations.
  • Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Arduino microcontrollers, LabVIEW programming, and MATLAB/Simulink for automation and control systems development.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing techniques including CNC machining, drafting standards, and quality assurance processes aligned with ASME codes & standards.
  • Skilled in root cause analysis methodologies to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and electrical/mechanical interface diagrams accurately.
