Full-Time Mechanical Designer

Required Qualifications:

• Designing HVAC systems for Commercial buildings
• Experience in heating/cooling loads, pumps, chillers, fans, boilers
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in MEP design
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office software
• 5 to 10 years of design experience.

Task:

• Conceptualizes the initial design approach for major phases of large facilities-type projects, or has overall responsibility for the mechanical engineering work. Plans, schedules, conducts, or coordinates engineering work.
• Researches design options and documents findings for Project Engineers and Project Managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
