Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and improve manufacturing processes and systems to ensure the efficient and cost-effective production of new products. You will be part of a design team with a focus on optimizing manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality, reliable, and technologically advanced products.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing roles, specifically working with sheet metal design and fabrication.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies, including CNC machining, laser cutting, CNC bending, additive manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for process development and optimization.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and reliability.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
