Job Description

SUMMARY

PVE is the developer and owner of a new technology that is revolutionizing the elevator market worldwide. Our aim is to become the next microwave of residential homes.

Reporting to the chief engineer is an exciting full-time opportunity. We are searching for a practical technical individual who is keen to join an emerging company and our young and motivated team. We are currently designing new products from the design phase into production and therefore the right candidate will be confronted with a wide variety of tasks.

MAIN DUTIES:

Work on Solidworks and Auto-Cad on the production drawing package and product development.

Work closely with Head of Engineering to take research and development ideas from idea to reality to design, build, and implement into new product offerings

3D Modeling- Proficient in Solidworks

Full understanding and mastering of current elevator design. Mechanical and Electrical

Job-Specific Shop Drawings

Design of simple parts.

Technical drawing control

Ensure that subcomponents and components meet design and safety codes.

Q.A. manuals

U.L. certification and follow-up

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Electromechanical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering graduate or undergraduate student.

Practical and hands-on technician.

Auto-Cad practical experience

Knowledge to take a project from start to finish

Independent thinker.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
