• Currently working as Senior Engineer with 6 months of experience in Vestas R&D India Private Limited., Chennai, which supports cost out initiative for the product of V112 Wind turbine for 2012, DK. Key responsibility, is to work starting from Requirement Specifications, product design until drawings released for manufacturing.

• Executing Engineer to order, NPI (New product introduction) & Engineering change projects for medium wheel loader buckets, side & high dump buckets and couplers, which involve Design, modeling, assembly and detailing.

• Hands on experience in creation of drawings, quality checking of part and assembly drawings considering the manufacturing requirements and Responsible for mentoring to agency employees on GD&T, welding, caterpillar standards and customer requirements.

• Responsible for Planning, scheduling and execution of project, which includes managing the resources, communicating with process partner, executing based on timeline, available resources and Quality.

• Managing a team of 8, guiding and solving the project oriented issues and making sure to achieve the targets as a team and Subject matter expert and single point contact for Design of medium wheel loader buckets. (Cat Work Tools and Services, Wamego, USA).
