1.Crop Harvester(John Deere)
a)Elevator chassis- Worked in various sheet metal components of elevator assembly, designed by taking consideration other assembly component space acquisition. Dealt with the mechanism of elevator assembly as its position changes while in shipping and in field.
Challenge- Various concept generations which should be ergonomically and aesthetically good and also it should pass the analysis.
Role & Responsibility- creating cad model in creo 2.0. Work with mechanism and provide the needed weld in assembly. After the successful design creation of drawings with appropriate GD&T.
b)Front Axle- worked in Chinook and currently working in grizzly model of crop harvester. Various concepts generated in casting and sheet metal
Challenge- creation of rectangular center shaft from scratch.
Role & Responsibility- design of sheet metal and casting with detail drawing.
Working head to head with analysis team and solving the design issues.
c)Tool Box- New design concept with standard dimension which satisfies the design aesthetically. Two boxes designed one in sheet metal and other in plastic.
Challenge- plastic tool box designed using Rotomolding, interestingly its design was complicated compared to sheet metal.
Role & Responsibility- cad model using surfacing and sheet metal.
Harvester Brake Redesign –cost projet(John Deere)
Redesigning included converting the existing sheet metal brake pedal to casted part.
Challenge: To maintain almost same shape to avoid changes in other nearby parts.
Role and Responsibilities: Creating CAD model in Creo2.0, following the casting design guidelines without compromising functionality. Deciding parting line.
2.Design 60(John Deere)
Quality check of various drawings updated by different team as per John Deere Standard. Design 60 is kind of station which comes after 10,20,30…. It is updated by individual or team worldwide.
Various concept design created for pallets as per the components. The in-house project is for John Deere and Ford Motors. The task was highly based to the orientation and locking ergonomically.
Challenge- concept should be feasible, locking mechanism needed some new ideas.
Role & Responsibility- modeling and detailing of pallet assembly.
4.Sheet Metal Modeling, Detailing and Assembly of Microwave Oven Parts.
Reverse Engineering of Microwave Oven to get complete dimensions. Creating assembly by using skeleton modeling approach.
Challenges: Controlling the model by providing relations to generate variants of different size.
Role and Responsibilities: CAD modeling using creo 2.0 . Individual parts, assemblies, drawings & BOM were generated. Applied GD&T. All the quality checks were performed as per the standards and supported project documentation process.

Job Profile & Responsibilities
 Handling Production/In Process Quality.
 Check the welding process.
 Carrying out KAIZENS in weld shop.
 Maintaining 5-S on shop floor.(Carrying out 5S audit).
 Responsible for maintaining the process/product audit according to ISO/TS-16949 & preparing the related documents.
 Achieve agreed production target ensuring timely deliveries customer with reduced lead time & reduced in process rejection.
 Responsible for In process quality by following 7 QC tools.
 Imparting training to operators for a New Machine and Process Change/Modification.
 Co-ordination with other department’s design, quality, tool room, maintenance, store and purchase.
