We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Game Art Producer to work on the next top grossing blockbuster hits on mobile, PC, console, and VR/AR!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Report to Executive Producer, work with Art Director, and manage the production of a game art project from start to finish.
  • Managing artists and production staff onsite and remotely
  • Handling pipeline and workflow issues
  • Scheduling & maintaining that schedule on multifaceted projects
  • Cross group coordination: Works with external teams towards a common goal.
  • Ensure client requirements and feedback are properly communicated and understood by all team members.
  • Critical Issue Response: Respond to urgent business impacting problems to manage critical fixes
  • Process Improvement: Help Executive Producer and Art Director document best practices and lessons learned. Create processes, guidelines, and templates which can help the development team to improve the quality of work

Qualifications and Skills

  • Organized, self-motivated, dedicated, hard-working, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a large amount of ambiguity and adapt easily to change
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects, switching focus and priorities to respond to business needs
  • Strong understanding of video games development and the art-creation process.
  • A good eye (or two) for art, and the ability to make subtle distinctions between good models and textures and ones that don’t meet aesthetic requirements.
  • Working knowledge and skills in Photoshop, Spine, Zbrush, Maya, and 3ds Max a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Art, Animation or Game Production
  • Bilingual: fluent in English and Mandarin
